Functions

What the connector does.

Read functions run within your current permissions. Functions that save or change data always show a preview first and act only after your confirmation.

  • Prepare a use case · Structures the task information you provide. Works without a KIRegister account and stores nothing.
  • Choose a register · Lists only the registers you connected and may currently access.
  • Find and view use cases · Searches the selected register and shows the recorded details and current revision.
  • Prepare and save · Creates a private draft for at most 24 hours and shows the complete preview. Saving happens only after your explicit confirmation; new entries start as unreviewed.
  • Correct unreviewed cases · Shows a proposed change against the current revision before anything is overwritten. Reviewed or sealed records are not changed.
  • Private JSON extract · Creates an extract of the selected revision. Downloading it requires a KIRegister sign-in; the link expires after one hour.
  • Check a save · Retrieves the actual result after a timeout so that no duplicate is created.
  • Open KIRegister · Shows the connected registers in the conversation where Claude supports interactive views.

Continue existing work

Build on the information already recorded.

  • “Find our newsletter use case and show the open information.”
  • “Change the responsible role in this unreviewed case. Show the change before saving.”
  • “Create a private JSON extract of this use case.”
