Useful details for your request
Describe the action, the approximate time and the message shown. Remove personal information from screenshots. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens, personal records or confidential source material.
Manage or revoke connections
See which ChatGPT connections have access to your selected registers. You can revoke a connection after confirmation.
If a save was interrupted
Use “Check saved state” in the open KIRegister panel to check whether the entry was saved. Wait for the result before starting a new capture. Retrying the same save operation does not create a second entry.
Continue an existing use case
Search the appropriate register before capturing the use case again. Two independent new captures can create two entries. The extension does not automatically detect or merge duplicate content.
If a download has expired
Create a new private extract of the selected use case to reuse the recorded details. Sign in with the KIRegister account that requested the extract; it must still have access to the register.
